TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By requesting a reservation you agree to have read the terms and conditions of the company Hotel Punta Faro S.A.S. Reservations made through different channels such as online agencies, direct website, travel wholesale and retail agencies, or all requests received by our reservation center will be subject to the following terms and conditions.
The hiring of any service will be subject to room availability and rate.
PHILOSOPHY OF SILENCE
Punta Faro is a destination for those looking for an experience of rest and tranquility. This is why our philosophy of silence is sacred, it is NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION the use of speakers, minicomponents, music amplifiers or any device that alters the tranquility of our guests within all areas of the hotel.
Guests must behave with decency and morality within the establishment, it is forbidden to disturb the order by making noises that inconvenience or disturb other guests, as well as using the room to perform any act or game prohibited by law.
The illegal use of toxic drugs, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances is prohibited. This infraction will be reported immediately to the Security Forces and Bodies.
Failure to comply with these Internal Accommodation Regulations by the guest will be grounds for termination of the accommodation contract, without legal responsibility for the establishment.
MEASURES AGAINST THE HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO COVID-19
As a requirement to board our boats and enter the facilities of the Hotel Punta Faro, the following preventive biosecurity measures must be complied with and that we are implementing to prevent and mitigate the contagion by COVID-19
Use a mask (mandatory) in all facilities except when consuming food or entering the sea, that is, outside of it you should always have the mask on.
Allow control of temperature taking in the facilities be it restaurants, beach, reception, according to the service that the guest wishes.
Disinfect your shoes and luggage.
Apply hand washing at the different points located in the Hotel facilities
Carry out hand disinfection at the sanitation points
Carry out the survey of health conditions through the applications and that of the Hotel: CoronApp Colombia of the National Government or Take care of the Mayor's Office of Cartagena and Present the QR code generated by the application

Any reservation that is requested directly with the hotel, that is, through its agents or the website, must be guaranteed with a minimum deposit of 30% of the value of the plan and paid in full before entering the hotel. In the case of direct reservations with the hotel advisers, a period of 48 hours will be granted after the confirmation of availability. If the client does not meet the established deadline or does not send the deposit or bank transfer voucher to the reservation advisor, the reservation will be canceled and the availability must be checked again. If the reservation is requested with less than 15 days to the arrival date then the total value of the plan must be canceled.
For other reservation channels such as IDS's, wholesale agencies, retailers and commercial partners, contractual conditions previously established with them apply.
If the client has any special request, it must be requested in writing without this implying any guarantee on it and that its refusal is just cause for cancellation of the purchase.
Check out (eviction of room) must be done no later than 9:00 am. Since the departure of the boat is at 9:15 am. Late Check out allows you to stay in the room until 2:00 PM as long as it is requested with prior authorization from the operations manager.
All rates published on the hotel's website or other portals are valid on the day of their quotation only and may vary. Rates are subject to change without prior notice, whether due to an increase, discounts, promotions or any other type of benefit, only rates are guaranteed at the time of purchase according to availability.
All rates are published in Colombian pesos and only in some cases in US dollars. Credit cards from abroad regardless of the country or currency
that govern them will be charged and collected in Colombian pesos at the representative market rate on the day of the transaction. The conversion rate that may exist between the bank of Colombia and the bank of the card issuer may result in a variation of the amount reflected in your statement of your account or quote.
LUGGAGE: The buyer exempts the company Hotel Punta Faro S.A.S from any type of responsibility in the loss of luggage, damage to luggage, loss of valuables, loss and damage of electronic devices that have not been reported at the time of boarding in the
boats. Due to the fact that the transport is by boat, the buyer exempts the seller from liability of any title for the damages that the previous goods suffer, as long as they are due to force majeure and / or acts of God.
POLICY FOR CHILDREN'S STAY AT THE PUNTA FARO HOTEL
All minors who enter the hotel must present their birth certificate or passport that shows direct kinship with her parents. In those cases where minors are not accompanied by their parents, their custodians must present legal authorization from their parents by means of a legitimate document and with acknowledgment of a notarized signature accompanied by the respective copies of the parents' identity documents.
All minors up to 3 years of age are considered in this category; Infants are free to pay for their stay, meals, sharing a bed, or in a cot (up to 3 years old), in those rooms that capacity allows. They are also free of charges for nautical transport, as long as they are carried in arms and do not occupy a position inside the boat.
In case of accommodation of an adult and an infant in any of our rooms, the rate will be considered as a single room.
All minors between the ages of 3 and 10 are considered in this category; Children may share a bed or additional beds may be added according to the amount requested and the capacity of the room. Children have a special rate for their stay, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and maritime transport.
POLICY FOR THE PREVENTION OF COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF GIRLS, BOYS AND ADOLESCENTS AT HOTEL PUNTA FARO
At the Hotel Punta Faro we are committed to the protection of girls, boys and adolescents so that they are not victims of commercial sexual exploitation for this reason, we will report to the competent authorities any case that violates the rights of children and adolescents.
OUR POLICY AGAINST SEXUAL TOURISM OR
ANY FORM OF EXPLOITATION
Our duty is to promote the tourist area in a responsible way, respecting the local, natural and cultural environments, and warning of the impact of non-responsible tourism.
PEOPLE OR COMPANIONS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED IN THE RESERVATION OR AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN IS NOT PERMITTED AS OUR HOTEL IS OPPOSED TO ALL KINDS OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION.
