HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL?
Hotel Punta Faro is located on Isla Múcura in the San Bernardo Archipelago, approximately 1 hour: 50 minutes by speedboat from the city of Cartagena. The maritime transport service is exclusively for hotel clients. Our fleet consists of four speedboats. We recommend all our guests to take our transportation service to ensure a safe and punctual travel itinerary to the island.

The hotel has a complete first-aid kit service and a nursing assistant.

Although most of our collaborators are natives of the islands and do not speak English, we have bilingual concierges who facilitate communication and the provision of services within the hotel.

The hotel's food has a variety of sea products (fish and shellfish) with national and Caribbean recipes. It is worth noting that our food service is an assisted buffet.

It is allowed to carry a suitcase that does not exceed 23 kilos for each passenger.

Punta Faro is a perfect place to rest and disconnect from the world. However, we recommend our additional services such as water sports (diving, kayaking, catamaran, among others...), bicycle rental, tennis court and massages.

Soft garments suitable for the tropical climate. We have no formalities or dress codes for any of our areas. The hotel has a boutique equipped with personal hygiene items, snacks, repellents, swimwear, etc.
ARE THERE MOSQUITOES, DO I NEED REPELLENT?
There are only mosquitoes during the humid months such as May, June, September and October, the use of repellent is recommended in the morning and late afternoon.
CAN CHILDREN GO TO THE HOTEL?
Yes, the hotel receives children of any age: we recommend from 1 year.
ARE THERE POOLS IN THE COMPLEX?
Being located within a marine area we avoid having water treatment systems that require chemical agents and that can affect marine ecosystems, that is why we do not have swimming pools but you can enjoy an exclusive and beautiful beach with crystal clear water and sand. white a few steps from his room.

CAN I BRING MY PET?
We are a “Pet Friendly” hotel. However, before traveling with your pet, you must read our Pet Friendly policies as well as fill out the reservation registration form and send it to our reservation center.
